Who is responsible

What we collect
When you place an order: your name, email address, phone number, delivery address, order contents and payment status. When you use the contact form: your name, email address and message. That is all — we do not run advertising or analytics trackers, and there are no third-party cookies on this site.
Cookies
Two functional items only: your cart, stored in your browser so it survives a page reload, and your language choice. Neither is used for tracking and neither requires consent.
Why we need it
To process and ship your order, to issue the invoice Belgian law requires, and to answer your messages.
Who else sees it
Mollie processes your payment. bpost receives the name, address and phone number needed to deliver your parcel. Your invoice is stored in our own self-hosted bookkeeping system and is visible to our accountant. Nothing is sold or shared with anyone else.
How long we keep it
Invoices and order records are kept for 10 years, as Belgian bookkeeping law requires. Contact-form messages are deleted once the matter is closed.
Your rights
You can ask for a copy of your data, have it corrected, or have it deleted where no legal retention duty applies, by emailing info@liemux.com. You may also complain to the Belgian Data Protection Authority (gegevensbeschermingsautoriteit.be).
